Some day
we knew it would happen with the HP K-Mart/HP Red Ace cross. It did.
WOW! The people at our December '99 sale named this boar. Every time
someone viewed him, the reaction was the same, "WOW!" Frank found
him early in the nursery. Steve pointed him out in the grower. They
both tried to persuade me to take him to Duncan. I said no. It is
very exciting to have produced this one here and he must stay!
So here he is. K-Mart one of the best females of
our 1998 crop by Red Ace. WOW! What a pedigree.
So take a look. He looks good no matter how you
look at him. WOW! Look at the muscle. WOW! Look at the leanness.
WOW! Is he ever clean fronted. WOW! What a profile.
So now what? He's owned by Jimmy Cox of Royce,
TX, and is housed at HP Farms. Picture taken right off the finishing
floor. WOW!
Duroc history is in the making here! Remember HP
Fast Buc, HP Plow Horse, HP Sodbuster? All left sons who made Duroc
progress a reality. HP WOW is destined to be next. Phenomenal! |
